Position on Fraud Waste and Abuse

Position on Fraud Waste and Abuse

I am outraged by the rampant fraud, waste, and abuse plaguing every corner of the federal government. Year after year, we lose hundreds of billions—potentially $233 billion to $521 billion annually to fraud alone, according to estimates from the Government Accountability Office (GAO) based on recent data. When you add in improper payments, which totaled about $162 billion in FY 2024 across just a handful of reported programs (with cumulative improper payments since 2003 reaching $2.8 trillion), the scale becomes staggering.

Position on Federal Budget

Position on Federal Budget

I am deeply concerned about the federal budget and the runaway spending that threatens our nation’s future. Our national debt now exceeds $38.5 trillion—with interest payments alone becoming one of the fastest-growing expenses in the budget—and the debt-to-GDP ratio hovers around 124%. This is unsustainable.

Position on Life and Abortion

Position on Life and Abortion

I proudly stand as a pro-life advocate. I believe that life begins at conception and must be protected from that moment forward. Abortion is not a form of healthcare or a casual choice—it is the ending of a human life, and as such, it should be prohibited in all but the most exceptional circumstances.

Position on Congressional Term Limits

Position on Congressional Term Limits

As a candidate for Congress in Mississippi’s 4th District, I, Carl Boyanton, strongly support implementing term limits for members of the U.S. Congress to restore accountability, reduce the influence of career politicians, and ensure fresh perspectives in our government.

Excellence in Education

Excellence in Education

As a candidate for Congress in Mississippi’s 4th District, I, Carl Boyanton, am committed to restoring excellence in American education by returning to the fundamentals that built our nation’s strength. Our public schools should prioritize actually educating children—not indoctrinating them with divisive ideologies or political agendas. We must refocus on core subjects: rigorous math, science, history (taught factually and patriotically), and technology. These are the building blocks that prepare students to compete globally, innovate, and succeed in a modern economy.
